George Olsen's Music

George Olsen and his Music was a jazz and popular music band formed by George Olsen when he was a drum major at University of Michigan. The band was a prolific Victor recording artist, and their reputation went far beyond Portland, where the band was founded. Olsen's band, though excellent, produced few stars.
