Ian Pincombe

The real name of Ian Devine, musician from the Manchester postpunk scene. After the breakup of the band Ludus, which featured the Manchester artist Linder on vocals, Pincombe relocated to Cardiff where he did other work with the postpunk Welsh divas Statton and Griffiths. Latterly a lecturer in British social history at the University of Cardiff.
