Antonio Onorato

Born in Aquilonia, Italy on January 13th 1964, composer and guitarist [a=Antonio Onorato] holds a vast artistic career, with great success in the world of jazz; his search is based on the fusion of harmonic-melodic language styles in relation to the Neapolitan culture with the influence from African, Middle Eastern and Brazilian music, which has led him to develop a very personal language style. He has also developed a personal and unique playing on the breath-controlled guitar-synth Yamaha G 10, worked closely and released albums with Brazilian guitarist [a=Toninho Horta], produced numerous soundtracks for film and television and collaborated on records with several international musicians such as ECM drummer [a=Paolo Vinaccia], trumpeter [a=Enrico Rava], ethno-jazz drummer [a=Paco Sery] as well as Italian top musicians: [a=Pino Daniele], [a=James Senese], [a=Tullio De Piscopo] and more.
