Jacques Cassard

French composer and arranger, flute and double bass' player. Member of the band Academy during the 1970's, he was also active into "Le groupe Organon", a theater project involving actor Patrick Morelli and producing avant-garde audio-visual shows. While scoring or arranging for such projects together with drummer Jean-Louis Méchali, they started working on several outstanding children records for the Chevance collection, often involving the same team of people like singers Anne et Gilles or actress Cristine Combe. Since then, he produced many music and scores for library, television, cd-rom, and theater, collaborating as well with playwright François Billetdoux, as with actor François Morel for "Les diablogues".
