Italian singer, born 29 October 1944 In Nuvolento, Brescia (Italy). Among his greatest hits are [i]A chi[/i] (1967), [i]Deborah[/i] (1968), [i]Angeli negri[/i] (1968), [i]Io camminerò[/i] (1976), [i]Io amo[/i] (1987), [i]Mi manchi[/i] (1988) and [i]Ti lascerò[/i] (1989), the latter in duet with [a=Anna Oxa], with whom he won the Sanremo Song Contest.
