Formed in Bermuda in 1968 by former members of [a1298471] (guitarists [a308842] and [a1439670]) and [a1359600] (bassist Glen Mello and drummer [a200762]). They were discovered in Bermuda and brought to New York by producer [a3806691], who signed them to [l74253].
