Mira Awad

Israeli Arab singer, actress, and songwriter, born 11 June 1975 in Rameh, Galilee, Israel. She represented Israel in the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest together with [a=Noa]. They finished 16th with the song "There Must Be Another Way." In 2013 Awad replaced [a=Shlomit Levi] as the female singer for the Israeli folk metal band [a=Orphaned Land], performing on the album "All Is One".
