American banjo player From Hartsville, Missouri. Began playing banjo at age 12. Age 14, began performing with regional bands Second Exit and New Tradition. 2000, joined the Larry Stephenson Band. 2005, released first solo album First Time Around (Pinecastle).. 2006, joined The Grascals, replacing David Talbot. 2008, left the Grascals to join Rhonda Vincent and the Rage, replacing Kenny Ingram.
