David Roach

British classical saxophonist. Born in 1955 in Darlington, County Durham, England, UK. He has played soprano and alto saxophone for [a=The Michael Nyman Band] since 1985, making his debut on '[m=68166]' and appearing on nearly every album since. Prior to that he was a founding member of the [b]Myrha Saxophone Quartet[/b]. Member of the [a=Apollo Saxophone Quartet] and member/producer of [a=The London Saxophonic]. He has played sax for the [a=Philharmonia Orchestra] for 25 years.
