Project from US centred around DJ and producer [a=Lynn Tolliver, Jr] (aka [a=David Payton]) who also wrote all the lyrics and music and which featured a changing roster of vocalists and musicians. The project was active from 1981 to 1986 and progressed from being semi-electronic at the time of the first releases to being entirely electronic on their final release in 1986.
