The Radios

Belgian pop-rock band. It was founded in 1988 as a collaboration between [a=Bart Peeters], [a=Jan Leyers] and [a=Paul Michiels] under the name "Bart Peeters & De Radio's". The group released one single but soon after Leyers and Michiels chose to focus on their own band [a=Soulsister] and were replaced by the brothers [a=Ronny Mosuse] and [a=Robert Mosuse]. In 1990 the trio was joined by guitarist [a=Dany Lademacher], keyboardist [a=Alain Van Zeveren] and drummer [a=Marc Bonne] and the band name was changed to "The Radios". In 1993 Ronny left to focus on his solo career and was replaced by the Dutch singers [a=Maureen Alberg] and [a=Loraine Kammeron]. The new line-up released one more album but couldn't match its previous successes. The Radios played their last concert in October 1994 before disbanding.
