DJ, promoter and radio station manager from Dagenham, Essex. Started DJing in 1991. First pirate radio show was in January 1995 on a local station called Conflict FM (89.4 then 88.4). Hosted radio shows on many stations most notably Kool FM (2006-2011) and Rinse FM (1999-2006/2011-present) as both a pirate and licensed station. Station manager at [a=Rinse] between 1999 and 2006. Previously worked for [l=Boogie Beat Distribution] and [l=Orlake Records]. His autobiography, Rave Diaries And Tower Block Tales, was published in 2016.
