Official English translation of band name: Arch of Triumph, because it is named after a novel by Erich Maria Remarque, just like [a=Чёрный Обелиск]. Re-activated by Yuriy "Alexis" Alexeev in 2011 and released some tracks on tributes and VA compilations.
