Frankie Marvin

Vocalist, vaudeville artist, musician (guitar, washboard and steel guitar) & actor - b. Butler, Oklahoma, January 27, 1904 — died January, 1985 Best known as a country musician, but started out as a vaudeville artist (often working with his brother Johnny) and began his recording career as a pop & jazz vocalist in the 1920s. Later moved more into the country music field as a recording artist & performer, and worked with Gene Autry early in his career. Made some films in the late 1930s & 1940s.
