Frederik Adlers

Freelance jazz and rock keyboardist and producer, based in Mölnlycke on the Swedish west coast Played keyboards for [a=The Leather Nun] between 1987 and 1990, and then again from 1994 until their break-up. Played keyboards for [a=Björn Afzelius] , [a=Hawk On Flight], [a=Sky High], [a=John Ballard], etc. between 1981 and 1991. Founder, owner and CEO of music store Freddans Musik 1991-1997. Founder, owner and CEO of musical instruments service workshop Peacefreak Service Center 1991-present. Founder, owner and CEO of website Rhodes Supersite 1996-present. During the 70's & 80's he was a professional keyboard player/producer/arranger/programmer touring Europe, USA, Japan and some countries behind the iron curtain. He was also a session musician and appear on over 50 different records (apart from the ones mentioned above: Mick Ronson, Brian Chapman, Billy Cross (guitarist w. Bob Dylan & Bruce Springsteen), Ulf Wakenius, musicians from ABBA, Madison & Darque). Nowadays he writes articles about instruments like the Rhodes Electric Piano. Together with James Garfield he manages the Rhodes Supersite web site since 1996. He does restoration, maintenance and custom work and sells parts for Rhodes pianos, Wurlitzers and Clavinets. He is also working with Clavia DMI in Stockholm developing the Rhodes sounds for the Nord Electro 2 Piano Sample Library.
