Die Zöllner

German funkrock-soul big band, founded in 1987 in the then-GDR by Dirk Zöllner (voc) and Andre Gensicke (keyb). After several successful releases (Cafe Größenwahn (1990), Goldene Zeiten (1993), Bumm Bumm (1996)) with ever-changing line-ups, the band was dissolved in 1998 after the release of their sixth album (Good Bye, Cherie (1997)).
