Zardanadam

Turkish Punk-Rock band from Istanbul. Formed in 2001 by Erbatur Çavuşoğlu (vocals-guitar), Tolga Kaya (lead guitar-vocals), Utku Doğruak (ryhtym guitar-vocals), Paşa Altın (bass guitar), Cem Polat (drums). They are notable for their do it yourself attitude and distributing their music for free. The band used gig revenues to release and distribute 6 albums Tamamböceği (2002), Korsan (2002), Dibini Gör (2005), Kalbim Yok (2006), Kafam Seninle Güzel (2009), Z Dönüşü (2015) and two EP's Süreyya (2004) Sevgililer Günü (2007). Nearly 100.000 CD copies of these albums have been delivered to the fans for free. They were a pioneer on digital delivery as well, sharing more than 4 million free of charge downloads of their songs, they claimed an alternative way in music industry.
