Dominican trumpet player. Also known as "El Güi", he was born on La Romana, August 23, 1921. Arias moved to Venezuela in his early years and developed an outstanding career with the most important venezuelan orchestras as Billo's Caracas Boys, Aldemaro Romero, Chucho Sanoja, Los Melódicos, El Trabuco Venezolano and his own project.
