Alain Caron

Canadian bassist born May 5, 1955, in St-Éloi, Québec. He is almost considered as the best bass player of those last decades. Founder of the label [l169387]. In the 80's, he formed the band [a=UZEB] with [a=Michel Cusson] and [a=Paul Brochu]. ''UZEB'' was a famous jazz fusion trio which was particularly involved in using synthesizers and a lot of digitally controlled musical instruments. Then, in the 90's he formed [a=Alain Caron Le Band], a quite larger band, including the finest jazz fusion musicians from Canada or France. He also performed with famous drummer [a=Dennis Chambers], guitarist [a=Jean-Marie Ecay], and violinist [a=Didier Lockwood].
