Shinichi Sakamoto
Shin-ichi Sakamoto was born 7th January 1966 in Sumida, Japan. He was a composer at Westone Bit Entertainment until 2010 and created music for several of their titles, along with some occasional works for Hudson and Tehkan. He used an IC microcomputer development machine based on CP/M. His work on both Wonder Boy in Monster Land and Wonder Boy III: The Dragon's Trap were nominated in HG101's Best VGM of All Time poll. He also utilized NES sound driver provided by Michishito Ishizuka. He later created his own sound engine. To compose music and sound data, Shinichi wrote the music in 6502 assembly coding. He currently creates audio for smartphone games.
