Rick Muchow

Born in California, Muchow and his mother moved to Greenwich Village when he was six, and when he was 13 they moved back to CA where he continued with his passion for musical expression. During Muchow's high school senior year, while performing in "Godspell," he grasped the meaning of Christianity and converted. Where music used to be his God, music became his instrument for worshiping God. While attending San Jose City College Muchow toured with Gospel Expression, a Spanish gospel singing group. Not speaking Spanish, he learned to serve by playing his guitar. After receiving his Associates Degree in Music, he went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts in Music from San Jose State University. Rick Muchow passed away on April 18th 2021.
