Keren Peles

Keren Peles (born March 11, 1979 in Yavne'el, Israel) is a singer-songwriter, producer and pianist/keyboardist. She is a 2004 graduate of the Rimon School of Jazz and Contemporary Music in Ramat HaSharon. Peles was part of the "magic class" that also included [a=Miri Mesika], [a=Ohad Hitman] and [a=Aya Korem], all of whom went on to highly successful careers in Israel. She became famous herself in 2005 by writing hit songs for [a=Miri Mesika] and [a=Shiri Maimon]. He solo career began the following year with the release of her debut album "Im Eleh Ha'haiim" (If This Is Life) which is certified platinum in Israel. Peles' next two albums are certified gold and she has twice been voted Singer of the Year on the popular Israeli radio station Galgalatz.
