ALL is a melodic punk band formed by members of the [a=Descendents] after the departure of their lead singer [a=Milo Aukerman] in 1987. Also see [a=Tony All], which features former Descendents member [a=Tony Lombardo] with ALL. The instrumental lineup of ALL has remained constant since the recording of the Descendents' album titled "[m=29735]", consisting of guitarist [a=Stephen Egerton], bassist [a=Karl Alvarez], and drummer [a=Bill Stevenson]. Stevenson is the only original member of the Descendents, and he also spent time in [a=Black Flag]. ALL's first two albums, "[m=63704]" (1988) and "[m=63707]" (1988) were recorded with vocalist [a=Dave Smalley], formerly of [a=DYS] and [a=Dag Nasty]. [a=Scott Reynolds] then took over vocals until being replaced by current singer [a=Chad Price] beginning with the 1993 album "[m=63731]". ALL joined major label [l=Interscope Records] for 1995's "[m=63739]" but disputes over marketing and promotion of the album resulted in a swift departure from the label. "[m=158549]" (1998) was their first release for [l=Epitaph], with which they are no longer under contract.
