Toshihiko Tahara
田原俊彦. Japanese pop singer and actor, born on Feb. 28th, 1961, in Yokosuka, Kanagawa. He raised in Kofu, Yamanashi. He achieved recognition starring in the Japanese Drama “3-nen B-gumi Kinpachi Sensei,” where he played a junior high school student Sawamura Shoji. He came to prominence as a recording artist and he had amassed many top ten singles in Japan from 1980s to 1990s. He sold over 12 million units of singles and over 3 million units of albums since 1980.
