Trevor Morais

Born 10 October 1944 (or 16 October 1943 according to other sources) in Trinidad, moved to Liverpool, he began playing drums at 16 and a year later turned pro playing for Merseybeat groups [a=Faron's Flamingos] and [a=Rory Storm & The Hurricanes] before he later co-founded [a=The Peddlers]. Trevor Morais left The Peddlers during an Australian tour in 1972, and was replaced on drums by New Zealander [a=Paul Johnston (6)]. After the Peddlers, Trevor Morais joined [a=Quantum Jump]. Between ca 1994-2013 he ran the [l274784] in Málaga, Spain, and has worked with [a=David Essex], [a=Howard Jones], [a=Elkie Brooks] and [a=Björk]. Trevor is now back in England and played live with Faron's Flamingos on March 6, 2019 at Poulton Victoria Sports & Social Club near Liverpool. Associated with [a=The Trevor Morais Singers].
