The Grove Street Stompers

New York City based Grove Street Stompers, a hard-driving, Chicago-styled Dixieland jazz band. The band was formed in 1963 by piano player Bill Dunham who continues as its leader. The group has played for over five years on Monday nights at Arthur's Tavern at 57 Grove Steet in Greenwich Village.
