Johanna Grüssner

Finnish jazz singer and musician (14 November 1972). She studied in Sweden before moving to Boston. She made headlines in major U.S. television broadcasting companies in 2001 when she had trained her Bronx public school children to sing groovy gospel, and then toured her native Finland. Grüssner has recorded a dozen albums since 1995, many of them together with jazz pianist Mika Pohjola. She is currently based in Stockholm, Sweden.
