Jim Welton

London based musician, radio artist and producer who came out of the punk squat scene. Had an ultra prolific period in the early 80’s releasing lo-fi tape experiments, cut-ups / sound collage, post-punk on his label [l=It's War Boys] under multiple aliases. Resurfaced in the late 90’s and currently works with experimental radio art, circuit bending and sample based collage. Was the subject of 2003 film documentary by [a=Luke Fowler] & Kosten Koper.
