Dave Lambert started his career in the industry as a journalist in the 1990's and became involved with EMI's first dance label [l=Positiva]. He worked as A&R at [l=AM:PM] and his relationship with Strictly Rhythm continued with licensing deals for the UK market, becoming A&R at [l=Strictly Rhythm UK]. He has had success with several number one records, including [a=Reel 2 Reel]'s "I Like To Move It".
