Robert Truman

Australian classical cellist. Born in Sydney, Australia. In 1971 he moved to London, England. After spending four years in the [a=London Symphony Orchestra] (1973-1976) he was invited to become Principal Cello of the [a=Orchestra Of The Royal Opera House, Covent Garden], and, in 1985, he joined the [a=London Philharmonic Orchestra] as Principal Cello, staying for 20 years until 2005.
