Charles Tessier

Charles Tessier (ca. 1550-after 1604) was a French composer and lutenist. May have been born at Pezenas in the Herault, and was the son of [a=Guillaume Tessier]. He lived in London for some time, where he set sonnets from Astrophel and Stella dedicated to Lady Penelope Rich.
