Robert Parker
Robert Parker (born October 14, 1930, New Orleans, Louisiana, USA - died January 19, 2020, Roseland, Louisiana, USA) was an American singer and saxophonist. He is perhaps best known for his 1966 hit "Barefootin'". His saxophone can be heard on countless New Orleans recordings including playing with the likes of [a=Professor Longhair], [a=Fats Domino], [a=Huey "Piano" Smith], and [a=Irma Thomas].
