Michaël Levinas
French concert-pianist and composer, born 18 April 1949 in Paris. Studied under Yvonne Loriod and Olivier Messiaen. His discography as a performer includes the classical and romantic repertoires (complete Beethoven sonatas) as well as music from the 20th century. As a composer, he is linked with the spectral movement. Also co-founder in 1973 of the [a=Ensemble L'Itinéraire].
