DJ Vame

DJ Vame is one of Sydney's leading hip hop producers contributing over 20 years of production to the local hip hop scene. From releasing his first mixtape in 1988, he then hooked up and became founding member of Def Wish Cast, Vame contributed to their most prolific early releases, including the Mad as a Hatter EP in 1992 and Knights of the Underground Table in 1993. After splitting from the goup, he began production with many groups from all over Australia. The major artists he worked with are The Cannibal Tribe, Reason, Hunter, 046 and many more. His last release was with the Western Australian MC Hunter, with an album entitled Monster House. Owner of DOPE RUNNER RECORDS, and currently about to release the new album, Dj Vame Presents ; Decorus Vulnero Delectatio featuring some of Australias finest, ruffest MC's
