Grimes is the multimedia project of Canadian artist Claire Boucher (born March 17, 1988, raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, later moved to Montréal, Québec). She is best known for her work as a producer, singer and songwriter, although 'Grimes' also encompasses her work as a director, painter and writer. Grimes had a relationship with businessman [a=Elon Musk] 2018-21, that produced 2 children (Musk's 5th and 6th, and Grimes' first two). A boy, [i]X Æ A-XII[/i], was born May 5, 2020, and a girl, [i]Exa Dark Sideræl Musk[/i], was born March 10, 2022.
