British engineer, composer and electronic music pioneer Born 26th January 1933 London, England Died: 23rd June 2021 England Founded [l=Electronic Music Studios (London) Limited] (EMS) in 1969 with [a=Tristram Cary] and David Cockerell. EMS designed and produced the VCS3 synthesizer which was used by the avant garde musicians of the era.
