Guy Boucher

Canadian (Québec) host, singer and comedian born on June 29, 1943 and died on March 18, 2012 in Saint-Hyacinthe. He studied at the National School of Theatre. Extremely popular in the 1960s, his career really took off in 1963, after a stint in California, when he hosted "[l1812639]", on Radio-Canada television. On the radio, he is heard at the CKBS station in Saint-Hyacinthe. He co-hosted the show "Les Coqueluches", from 1974 to 1980, with Gaston L'Heureux. He also hosted "[r=3231147]" with [a2499283] in 1968 and 1969, as well as "La Fourchette D'Or", at [l1925116] with Soeur Angèle, in the late 1980s. A late interest in the religious world led him, at the end of his career, to animate "[l1686337]", on the air of a community channel.
