The Bella Low formed in Eugene, Oregon in the mid 90's, featuring a sonic, atmospheric, psychedelic sound. The band featured current members of The High Violets, Clint Sargent on guitar and Luke Strahota on drums and Jsun Atoms, currently of The Upsidedown, on Vocals.
