Love Unlimited Orchestra

Orchestra, formed 1973 in San Pedro, California, disbanded 1983. Formed by [a=Barry White], this 40-piece string-laden orchestra served as a backing unit for [a=Barry White] and [a=Love Unlimited]. From the early 1970s on they also recorded several solo albums. Their biggest hit is 1973's "Love's Theme".
