South African guitarist (incl. bass and balalaika) player. The father of [a=Shaheen Ariefdien] and once active in the "Cape Jazz" scene, Mr. Ariefdien has been playing the Abu Dhabi and Dubai hotel lounge circuit as part of the [b]Southern Glow[/b] jazz band since 1999.
