Rödelheim Hartreim Projekt

Battle rap group, founded 1993 in the Rödelheim district of Frankfurt am Main, Federal Republic of Germany. Members were Moses P and Thomas H. In the mid-90s, they rose to fame by doing hard, gangsta-influenced rap in German language (fellow Frankfurters [a=Konkret Finn] had already done this before, but hadn't got the same media attention as RHP), while dissing the rest of the German hip hop scene, which at that time was dominated by the fun-rap of [a=Die Fantastischen Vier] and [a=Advanced Chemistry]'s conscious, political styles. Moses P also gained notoriority by publicly punching TV host [a=Stefan Raab] in the face after Raab had spoofed him in his show "Vivasion". After the 1996 album "Zurück nach Rödelheim", RHP split up.
