Daniel Azulay

Daniel Azulay was born in Rio de Janeiro on May 30, 1947. Died in March 27, 2020 due to health complications by COVID-19. He was an artist, educator with extensive and diversified operations in the Press and on TV as a designer, songwriter and author of children's and juvenile books and interactive video games. Creator of the Turma do Lambe-Lambe, in 1976, he was a precursor presenting TV shows and intelligent educational for children for ten years running. Azulay constructively influenced the generation of the 80's that learned how to draw, build toys with domestic junk and the importance of recycling and sustainability in environmental protection.
