The Black Diamonds Band
One of the most popular British recording bands from about 1900 to the early 1930's. At least 270 records of this band's music are known to exist. The majority of these recordings were made for the [l=Zonophone] Company, but a few appeared on [l=Gramophone Concert], [l=Monarch], [l=His Master's Voice], and possibly other labels. Among the band's conductors were [a=Eli Hudson] and [a=George W. Byng].
