The Cardinall's Musick

Vocal ensemble based in the United Kingdom, founded in 1989 by scholar / musicologist [a1386455] and singer / director [a959701]. Taking its name from the 16th-century cardinal, Thomas Wolsey, it specialises in English Renaissance music. Although primarily a vocal group, it also has its own period instrumental ensemble.
