On An Ocean Amp is an experimental electro-pop duo formed in 2000 in Denton, TX. Their first self-titled album was released in 2003, when they moved to Tokyo, Japan. Their album was then released in Japan in 2004, and they were featured on the Eightball Babies compilation from the Tokyo-Baby label.
