Mauro Macario

Italian director, writer, poet, singer, born 21 february, 1947 in Santa Margherita Ligure. Son of the famous actor [a=Erminio Macario], at the end of a long apprenticeship as assistant director with Bruno Corbucci, in 1976 direct his only fim for cinema [i]Perchè Si Uccidono[/i]. Then, he starts to theater director and to the TV programs on music. As a poet he has participated in several editions of the International Poetry Festival of Genova and other similar events, especially in France, his country of choice.
