Rhetta Young

b. Retta Young (a.k.a. Reeta Young, Rhetta Young), 1949, South Carolina, U.S.A. Retta Young was a member of the Sixties group, The Superbs (not the same group as the Los Angeles based group). She was also the wife of [a319917] of the group the [a62837]. The Superbs were a sister group of the male group The Superlatives. Retta Young formed the group [a1565104]. Retta also recorded a solo album, and three solo singles (between 1975 and 1978).
