Having in common a classical training - with instruments which do not commonly have place within the band's line-up such as the concert harp, the double-bass or the... pipe organ - the four [b]Bypass[/b] core members (Bruno Coelho, Eduardo Raon, Miguel Menezes and Rui Dias) managed to achieve a strong musical empathy among themselves with their instrumental rock. They utilise "dozens of tiny and big instruments" in the studio and on stage -- some made by themselves (such as the baritone lapsteel guitar).
