Vaudeville blues singer, who recorded two titles for Paramount in 1924 and two titles for Vocalion in 1929, both session in Chicago. "The Chicago Defender of 11 August 1928 reports that Julia Davis has arrived in the city to make four records for OKeh. If made, these do not appear to have been issued and have not been traced."
