Avy Sharkboy is a British singer-songwriter who formed the band Sharkboy in the 1990s. She now goes under the name Sharkboy. Sharkboy released 2 critically acclaimed albums and a collectors boxed set of singles for Nude Records, former home of Suede. Her partner at the bands inception, Adrian Oxaal, is now a member of the band James. She records and writes, having studied animation and visual communication and attaining a degree in stop motion film direction. She produces projected creative audio visual pieces that are included in live shows. She is married and lives on the South Coast.
